The operator

Which legal entity operates the service

Veltrix Prime is a trading name used by the company that owns and operates this website and the associated client platform.

The operating company is the entity you contract with when you accept our Terms of Use and open an account. Its full registered name, its legal form, its registered particulars and the identity of the group it belongs to are set out in the client agreement you receive at onboarding, and are supplied on request through the routes described in the "Requesting documentation" section below.

Because corporate structures, registered particulars and service arrangements can change, we deliberately do not restate them as fixed text on a marketing page. The client agreement and the documentation pack we send you are the authoritative source; where this page and those documents differ, the documents prevail.

Group companies and service providers

Certain functions - technology hosting, payment processing, market data, customer identification tools - are carried out by specialist third-party providers under written agreements. The categories of provider we use, and the way your personal data is handled by them, are described in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish provider names on this page.

Framework

The regulatory framework we work within

This section outlines the nature of duties that regulate the service, rather than identifying regulatory bodies or providing reference codes, which are contained in binding legal agreements.

  1. 01

    Client identification

Every account is verified before funding, trading or withdrawal, in line with the KYC and AML controls described on our KYC & AML page.

  2. 02

    Financial-crime prevention

Punitive measures and screening for financial crime risk, continuous review of all transactions, internal notification systems and storage of documentation for periods mandated by governing laws.

  3. 03

    Handling of client money

Client balances are recorded separately from the operating funds of the business, and payouts are returned to a verified instrument in the client's own name.

  4. 04

    Fair and clear communication

Costs, spreads and any applicable fees are published in your account and on our pricing page. We do not promise specific returns, and all promotional material carries a risk warning.

  5. 05

    Data protection

Personal data is processed on a defined lawful basis, retained only as long as necessary, and protected by access controls and encryption in transit and at rest.

  6. 06

    Complaints handling

A documented internal procedure for addressing complaints that includes acknowledgment of receipt, thorough examination of the matter and a detailed response provided within the period specified at the time your complaint is submitted.

Should a jurisdiction enforce more stringent local rules than those specified above, those more stringent rules shall govern for clients based in that jurisdiction.

Availability

Jurisdictions served and excluded

The service is offered only where we are permitted to offer it. Availability is assessed at registration on the basis of your country of residence, and it can change.

Where the service is offered

Accounts may be opened by residents of the countries listed as eligible in the registration flow of your account. If your country appears in that list and you pass verification, you can proceed. If it does not appear, the service is not available to you.

Where the service is not offered

  • Jurisdictions and regions that face applicable global sanctions programs or trade restrictions.
  • Jurisdictions where offering this type of service to retail clients requires a local authorisation we do not hold.
  • Jurisdictions identified as high risk for financial crime under applicable rules.
  • Any region we have decided to restrict access to due to our own internal compliance risk assessment.

No solicitation

Nothing on this website is directed at, or intended for distribution to or use by, any person in a jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law. Accessing this site from an excluded jurisdiction does not create a right to use the service. If you move to an excluded jurisdiction while holding an account, tell us - the account may need to be restricted or closed and any balance returned to you.

Documentation

Procedure for obtaining corporate governance and regulatory documents

Clients, prospective clients and professional counterparties may request our corporate and compliance documentation. We provide it on request rather than publishing it openly.

What can be requested

  • Confirmation of the operating entity and its corporate particulars.
  • Your current service agreement and the fee schedule applicable to your account.
  • A summary of our AML and client-identification procedures.
  • The complaints-handling procedure and escalation route.
  • Privacy documentation concerning your personal information.

How to make the request

  1. 01

    Write to us

Use the contact route on our contact page. Include "Regulatory documentation request" as your subject.

  2. 02

    Identify yourself

State whether you are an existing client (and give the email address on the account) or a prospective client, and which documents you need.

  3. 03

    Receive the pack

Responses to requests are provided within the timeframe communicated when your request is acknowledged. Certain records may be shared in summary format if they include proprietary company information.

All records are delivered to the registered contact details we maintain. We cannot deliver account-level records to another party unless you grant written permission.

Contact

Regulatory and compliance questions

Questions about our regulatory position, our compliance procedures, or a concern you would like escalated should go to the compliance route rather than to general support.

How do I raise a compliance question?

Send it through the contact page and mark it "Compliance". Include the account email address if you already hold an account, and describe the question in a sentence or two.

How do I make a formal complaint?

Submit through the identical channel and label it "Complaint". An acknowledgment, case number and expected timeline for resolution will be provided. If the resolution is unsatisfactory, the response will include details on further escalation routes available to you.

How can I report misuse of our brand or fraudulent conduct?

Submit a report via the abuse reporting tool. Claims of Veltrix Prime being impersonated through communications, promotional content or fraudulent websites must be submitted here so we may respond.

Are enquiries from media outlets or corporate bodies processed via this method?

Yes - direct them via the inquiry form with a detailed subject line and they will be forwarded to the appropriate department.
